There is one surefire activity for the boys outside: watering. If I tell them they can turn on the hose and use their watering cans they are off like a shot. They don't like the watering cans to get too heavy so they put about an inch of water in the cans and then head out. It takes a long time to water all the flowers when you are doing it an inch at a time. Thus, this activity is quite the time killer/peacemaking time for me. They are usually quite cooperative in their efforts as well, sharing the hose nicely and filling each other's cans. On this particular day we were filling up our little pool and then they decided to go about it the long way. All power to them, I was happily reading in a lawn chair. Ahhh, the lazy days of summer!

Three cheers for summer! I can't believe how big the boys are getting. Can't wait to see you this weekend.
