I saw a neat idea on an online forum to create a layout with journalling centered around one main word. As I've been thinking of new year goals I came to realize that rather than the "more" I usually want, it's really less of some negative things that I want for my life this year. All put together it really comes down to the fact that I want MORE meaning and purpose in my life. Rather than living to make it through the days, weeks, months and year I want to embrace life and live each moment with the prpose of being happy, in the now and long term.

New Year, New Goals, or same goals re-resolved

I hear you, sister! I, too, want to simplify and un-clutter/un-stress my life so that I enjoy my life and don't just feel like "is it the weekend yet?" Good luck on your goals! You can do it!
I totally agree with you and have been really cutting down on alot (including eating out a crazy amount a week). In the process of moving and it is horrifying to see the stuff I have accumulated. Time is so precious and spending more time just sipping my tea and playing on the floor with Tomo is so much more meaningful at this stage in life. Karly agrees too and seems to be going through the same- do you think it is a natural transition of being comfortable with our homelives? Learning to balance and enjoy after the first experience of having the first baby (we all know the chaos that entails along with the joy eh). Wish I figured this out a couple of years ago!
