Have you ever noticed how the more things you add to your life the more efficient you become, and it seems like you accomplish more. When I only have one or two things on my plate I am a procrastinator. I am lulled by the security of only "a couple of things" to think about or do. But when I have a gazillion things I become a crazy woman, managing the minutes let alone the hours of my day. My heart rate stays up at a higher pace and my anxiety level stays elevated while I try to make sure I multi-task everything into completeness. There's positives and negatives to this. I do get a lot done but I also drive myself crazy. Right now is one of those times. I have taken on a lot, had my husband/family take on a lot, and I'm starting to think yikes, but I'm also super pleased with all the progress!
Right now we are:
-painting the entry way and back door
-painting the kitchen cupboards
-hauling away all the old wood from behind the garage
-preparing a garden spot
-digging the gravel out of the beds in the front yard and preparing to plant bulbs.
-working on no less than three contract projects (Darrel has one for Vansco, I have two for Apprenticeship, and I'm negotiating one with NAIT later this week).
-then there's our church callings: Darrel just got a second (although small) calling as the ward website coordinator.
-I have a new Beehive class presidency to train
-we attended stake leadership on Saturday
Added to all of this, I'm having ear surgery tomorrow morning and I'm starting to wonder if I'm seriously crazy, or just stupid. :)
But I do love this burst of productivity, hooray Andersons!

Good luck tommorow I'll be thinking of you, hope all goes well. Janelle had ear problem after ear problem, now with the tubes no more ear infections until right now and we went six months with no trouble. compared to every month and a grumpy baby 24 hours a day unless you had her medicated and thats no life. Good Luck again
Indeed, hooray for the Andersons! I can't wait to see pictures of the entry way, cupboards, yard work, and your greasy hair after a few days of not washing it! :) Good luck tomorrow!
I hope that tomorrow goes well. I know what you mean. I work best when I have alot to do as well. Strange! It sounds like you have great things on the go.
