Jack and Eric have had swimming lessons last week and will continue next week. They are loving them. I visited with an old roomate and friend, Caroline, while she was in town visiting family. It was good to catch up. Nan is visiting, we've been enjoying her company and I've been basking in her help. And finally the sunflowers are now in full bloom. They really do make my heart happy.

considering they undoubtedly grew from the same seeds, I would say that a summer like yours with heat is definitely better than our summer with LOTS of rain.
Looks like so much fun...and how nice for the help:) Us moms need that everyso often.
