Mother's Day Crop

 The library in town had a scrapbooking fundraiser this Saturday. For a mere $40 we had lunch, supper, scrapping space and a whole day to scrap without distractions. Talk about the best Mother's Day gift ever! I really appreciate Darrel keeping down the fort while I went off and played all day. My friend and co-worker, Kerry, came out from the city to join me, and we had a good time chatting, getting mini-pedicures (the local spa lady was doing them which was fabulous since I can't reach my toes anymore), and scrapping the day away. Pure bliss! They plan on making this a yearly event and I think I know how I'll be spending the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend from now on.
