We had a nice mini-holiday (I love that phrase, it's so british sounding), to Pigeon Lake this weekend. When we found out Erika and Ben couldn't make their visit due to illness we decided to head out on an adventure. We had a really nice time, but it does feel like fall found us while we were there, Saturday it was summer and then bam, grey skies, rain and chilly wind, fall is here.
Unfortunately I have managed to get two plugged milk ducts, argh. I used to have a lot of problems with this when I was nursing Jack as he had a really poor latch. I suspect this time the culprit is a new, (and therefore very unstretchy), nursing bra. These things are bad enough as it is but I have to say that the new experience of having one on each side at the same time really does make it tres miserable. Luckily I know now what works for me, (hot baths, lots of nursing baby, and hand expression.) Mom has told me to throw in a dose of collidial silver too, and I have for good measure. Hopefully I will wake up feeling better. Wish us luck, otherwise tomorrow could be an "interesting" day around here.

I love your layouts, capturing the moments! Good luck with your plugged ducts - I hope that things are better today.
Looks like fun! You do such great work on your digital scrapbooking and for you to keep up on it is amazing! Tate had NOTHING from his first year yet...oops!
