What a Sweetheart

I cannot believe that Julie is nearly four months old. Time is just flying by. She just gets sweeter by the day. She has taken to sucking her thumb like a fiend to put herself to sleep. It is really cute. (And handy since she can always find it.)

A while back Darrel bought an external flash for me off of Ebay. It's an older, manual one, which means it is tricky to use but also that it was pretty cheap, about a tenth of the price. So today I took it out and played around with it, trying to figure it out. Some of the photos were overexposed, well a lot really, but some turned out pretty good, like this one.
