Election

Well, I have to say that this election has me all confused. I am definitely in that 24% undecided category. I have even considered voting NDP (seriously, that's how undecided I am.) I ran across an article today on vote swaping...what is vote swaping? Read here to find out.

Definitely an interesting idea. And as one 64 year old from Nova Scotia says, "I'm willing to try something new as my vote in the first past the post system doesn't seem to count." That's definitely the choice I am facing. There is no way that the conservative candidate in my riding won't win but I don't feel I can support that party and Stephen Harper so, so be it. I'll throw away my vote, or "swap" it with someone if I can. Here's to democracy.

I say stick with what you believe and know is the best decision for what you know is true. Not all candidates are the perfect one but we need to choose the best there is. There may be lots of other people that think their vote doesn't count, but those together can make a difference.

Can you tell I am a huge supporter of voting?!!! And, if one doesn't vote, they can't complain about the government.
